With extensive experience in early childhood education, educational management, and research, I have significantly contributed to the professional development of teaching staff through the implementation of innovative programs tailored to the current demands of education. I have served as a trainer and mentor in numerous national educational projects.
My mission is to support the transformation of early education into an inclusive, innovative environment centered on the holistic development of each child. I firmly believe that investing in educators is an investment in the future, and the positive impact of my work on the educational community is a constant source of inspiration.
