Profile:
Natalia Morari has experience in the fields of pedagogy, management, and research. She approaches educational phenomena innovatively. She has created and implemented a model for developing research competence in high school students, starting from humanities disciplines (interdisciplinary research), as well as a model of teacher training through action research. At INEL, her activity focuses on initial teacher training.
