With extensive experience in the fields of law, public procurement, and human resources, Veaceslav Rusu has represented the interests of various public institutions in court throughout his career. He has facilitated the connection of these institutions with central and local public authorities and other entities in matters related to corporate legal services. He has managed recruitment and hiring procedures for qualified staff and ensured the legality of public procurement processes.
