CALL FOR SELECTION OF EXPERTS / TRAINERS FOR THE DELIVERY OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR UNIVERSITY MANAGERS

The National Institute for Education and Leadership (INEL), acting as an Independent Technical Entity (ITE) designated to implement training and certification activities for university managers, is launching a call for the selection of experts/trainers who will contribute to the delivery of training programmes for leadership staff in higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova.

This activity is carried out within the project “Higher Education in Moldova” (HEM), implemented by the Ministry of Education and Research with the support of the World Bank. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1j-O5xDCrnoe3LY8zJQrJAkmtf6C9bjE0/edit

Purpose.
The objective of this call is to engage qualified experts/trainers to design and deliver training programs for university administrators, aimed at strengthening the managerial competencies required for effective leadership, coordination, and administrative support functions within higher education institutions.

Deadline for submission: 30 April 2026, 17:00.
